We strive to describe our braiding services, beauty products, and apparel accurately. However, colors, measurements, and pricing are subject to change without notice.5.2. Ordering and Payment
- Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

5.3. Shipping, Delivery, and Service Fulfillment
- For physical products, we will ship items to the address you specify. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- For service appointments (e.g., braiding sessions), you agree to arrive on time at our facility. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Risk of Loss. Title and risk pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5.4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Products. If a product is defective or damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Services. Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

6.1. No Warranty
THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 9. Termination
